style='font-style:italic' class='byline'>by Paul Lindquist

Did you break up with your boyfriend a short time ago? All you can think about is how to get ex boyfriend back? Are you full of heartbreak, pain and frustration? Here are some things you can do to get ex boyfriend back.

The beginning step to winning your ex boyfriend back is to give him some space. You need to put an end to daily contact of any kind, especially seeing him in person. Most men don’t like this kind of behavior, and by engaging in it you not get any nearer to winning him back.

How to get ex boyfriend back starts with changing the psychology around. You need to stop pursuing him and make him start pursuing you. When he becomes the pursuer, it will be much easier to get ex boyfriend back.

In order to make your ex boyfriend pursue you, you need to become more desirable to him. This starts with a change in attitude. The first step to this attitude change is to deal with the negative emotions surrounding the relationship and the breakup.

One good way to deal with these emotions is by writing a letter to your ex boyfriend describing all the pain you felt during the relationship and the things you wished you’d told him. Then, don’t send the letter. Instead, get rid of the letter. Burn it, throw it away, do something with it, but get it out of your life. This will help you close out that part of the relationship.

After you have gotten rid of the letter, do your best to get rid of negativity in your life. One good way to accomplish this is to ask yourself better questions each day.For example, instead of asking questions like “why do I have to go through all this pain?” Ask a better question like “what’s good about this situation that I hadn’t noticed before?”

In regards to your relationship and your ex boyfriend, ask positive questions like “what do I really love about him?” Direct your mind towards the things that are good about him and what’s good about your life. Also, when you begin talking to him again, only talk about the good times you had together. Keep away from topics that might cause you and him to fight.

In knowing how to get ex boyfriend back, it is important for him to once again associate good feelings to you and to your relationship. A great way to do this is to improve something that you already know he likes about you. One example would be if he really likes the way you cook, find a new dish you can cook for him.

Following this same line of thinking, take a look at ways you could improve your own life and become more appealing to him. Maybe you know of a couple things he doesn’t like about you. If so, and if at all possible, see what you can do to get rid of these shortcomings.

Lastly, be willing to casually date other people. A great way to turn him into the pursuer is to help him see that you are attractive to others, thus making you more desirable to him. This new psychology surrounding the relationship will put him in the position of wanting to go out with you again, which will give you a great chance to get ex boyfriend back.

by Ross Everett

Seattles Matt Hasselbeck and Denvers Kyle Orton both played fairly well in the first half, but the Seahawks reserves pulled away in the second half. The Seahawks improved to 2-0 on the NFL preseason with a 27-13 win while the Broncos dropped to 0-2 in their exhibition contests.

Hasselbeck completed 16 passes in 23 attempts including two touchdowns, though he was sacked three times. That was a big concern as he missed considerable time last season due to a back injury, but appeared to suffer no ill effects here:

“It’s just like I remembered- no fun. … I forgot how hard people hit in here. It’s just like a car accident. It’s part of the game … and it was probably good that it happened.”

After a rough opening weekend as the Denver Broncos starting QB, Kyle Orton recovered to post decent numbers. He completed 16 of his first 19 pass attempts including a touchdown before finishing 18 of 26 for 182 yards with a touchdown and an interception:

“I’ve got an awful lot of confidence right now, I really do. This is the best offense I’ve ever played with. This is the best talent around me that I’ve ever had. I just feel that my game right now is as good as it has ever been.

Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels was more reserved in his assessment:

“I think he acquitted himself fairly well. He played, you know, fairly well. There’s still obviously room for improvement. But he did what we feel he is capable of doing.

It would have been hard for Orton to have played worse than he did in the Broncos opening NFL preseason contest against the San Francisco 49ers last week where he threw three interceptions in his first three drives.

Seattle will get the NFL regular season off and running on Sunday, September 13th as they host the St. Louis Rams. The Broncos will travel to Cincinnati for a game against the Bengals on the opening Sunday of the regular season.

by Amanda Jocks

People are very health conscious and appearance conscious these days. So an elliptical, which is one of the best exercise equipments, would be a welcome addition to everybody’s home. As far as there is no space constraints to get one fixed in your home, make sure to go in for one.

An elliptical is only a modern reincarnation of what is known as treadmill. It is a substitute for either walking or running at different speeds. The way it functions, every muscle in the body gets exercise. The equipment is so fine-tuned that while muscles are well exercised, joints are well protected from injuries or harm of any sort.

Exercising on an elliptical gives all the benefits of a perfect cardio workout by burning out calories. And it is done without in any way aiding muscle formation. An elliptical has several add-ons to choose from these days. There are features that will help you to exercise only the upper part of the body or lower part of the body as you wish. Most of the new models does not even have to be connected to a power source, though some needs plugging in, at least in to make resistance active.

For those who prefer to have a miniature gym at home, an elliptical trainer is the best bet, because of the cardio workout it gives, and the add-on features it has got. The machine is quite popular with fitness freaks as exercises on an elliptical have no negative effects on joints. And if you opt for a workout where both the upper body and lower body are exercised, the calorie burn out rate is quite high.

There is a pretty wide range of elliptical trainers to choose from, customized to suit individual requirements. Some of them do a really fine job, though there could be budgetary constraints in opting for it. A commercial elliptical trainer is definitely costlier than a home model, but they do a better job as well. Commercial models last so long that an investment in it would be worth it, so far as you can afford it. There could also be other things to be taken into consideration like your body’s requirements, and your homes space constraints. Balance all these rightly and choose the most suitable model.

by Howard Ruth

My brother who is a fit man used to joke when I went off on my 2000 km cycling trips that it was never the couch potatoes that got sports injuries. And sure enough when I hurt my knee cycling that summer I had to agree that he had a point. But this didn’t stop him from kicking around a soccer ball or doing light weights on his press bench at home, or playing the odd game of squash.

When I first heard about tennis elbow, I wondered if that was only for the competitive players who played tennis for hours on end every day. And if not, Id have to warn my brother to go easy on the squash, just like he had done with my cycling.

Tennis elbow, which is known as lateral epicondylitis, is apparently an extremely common injury. Pretty much if you’re a frequent tennis player, you’re at risk of having a case of tennis elbow. And, surprisingly enough, given its name, it affects a good number of people who don’t play tennis at all.

Tennis elbow is often caused by repetitive strain or overuse, which is provoked by the repeated bending back of the wrist against resistance. As suggested by its name, you can get tennis elbow from playing tennis, badminton or squash. It also is caused by excessive wrist use.

It typically occurs in the tendon of the extensor carpi radialis brevis muscle. Come again, youre probably saying! The extensor carpi radialis brevis muscle is approx. 2cm below the outer edge of the elbow joint of your humerus bone. You’ll notice a tenderness in this region and perhaps some inflammation. More noticeable is the weakness in the wrist when doing simple tasks such as opening a door handle or shaking hands with someone.

To date, there is no one single treatment which is totally effective. However, there are a number of treatments, in combination, that help reduce the occurrence of tennis elbow. For starters, you definitely want to ease off the tennis or whatever triggered your case of tennis elbow. Then you can apply ice or a cold pack to the elbow for 15 minutes, as many as 6 times a day. You might choose to wear a brace or support approximately 10cm down the forearm, and specifically not on the painful area.

And finally as tennis elbow is considered a soft tissue injury, you want to carry out a comprehensive rehabilitation program. You also want to consult with a sport injury physician, as they may recommend a steroid injection or massage therapy or even an operation.

by Donny Makon

For the most part spring and gas powered airsoft sniper rifles both offer the same performance. However, there are definitely some pretty big differences between the 2 types of guns that you should know about. For example, you will never need any additional power source in order to fire a spring airsoft sniper rifle, but you will always need to purchase gas in order to fire a gas powered airsoft sniper rifle.

Also, another difference between spring and gas powered airsoft rifles is the fact that gas airsoft sniper rifles can sometimes be affected by temperature (for example if it is really cold out). Spring airsoft rifles always perform exactly the same no matter what the temperature is, since they are powered by a spring rather than gas. The discharge rate of gas is generally slower when it is cold, which means that your gun may shoot a bit slower if it is really cold outside.

If you are looking to save money, then it is likely that you will want to go with a spring airsoft sniper rifle, since the gas powered ones tend to cost significantly more. In fact, gas airsoft rifles almost always cost about $50-$100 more than spring airsoft rifles. And again, you will need to keep buying gas for a gas powered airsoft gun, which makes them all the more expensive. With a spring airsoft sniper rifle the only thing that you will ever have to buy is the airsoft BBs that it shoots.

As far as looks go, both versions (spring and gas) of the sniper rifles look pretty much identical, other than the magazines. The reason that the magazines dont look the same is because the gas airsoft rifles actually store their gas in the magazine, while the magazines for the spring airsoft rifles store nothing other than the airsoft BBs.

Literally every spring airsoft sniper rifle is a single shot (usually bolt action) gun, which also holds true for most of the gas powered airsoft sniper rifles as well. However, some of the gas powered airsoft sniper rifles are semi-automatic, which is a huge benefit that spring powered airsoft guns will never be able to offer (since you have to cock back a spring for each shot).

When it comes to actual performance, generally gas powered airsoft sniper rifles shoot at a slightly higher velocity VS the spring powered ones. On average gas airsoft rifles shoot about 50-100 FPS faster than spring airsoft rifles. Also, it is much easier to cock a gas powered rifle since there is no heavy spring to pull back.

Accuracy is exactly the same between spring and gas powered airsoft sniper rifles. However, in some cases you may want to use heavier airsoft BBs for gas powered airsoft guns, due to the fact that they usually shoot a littler faster than spring airsoft guns (and the faster your airsoft gun shoots, the heavier the BB that you will have to use in order to maintain consistent accuracy).

When trying to decide whether to purchase a gas powered or a spring powered airsoft rifle, I would recommend that you consider the most important factors, such as the price, the ability to shoot in semi-automatic mode, and whether or not you want a gun that is easy to cock (again, spring airsoft rifles are far harder to cock VS gas airsoft guns). Also, dont forget about the fact that you will always need to purchase gas in order to fire a gas powered airsoft rifle. With a spring airsoft rifle you simply have to cock it for each shot; no additional power source is ever needed.

by Reed Manuel

Tinkerers, inventors, and creative people will especially enjoy what this article has to say. This article is here to tell you that you can make some pretty cool paintball gear from your own home.

With some spare time on your hands, and a genuine interest in making your own paintball gear, it can be a pretty gratifying decision to make your own paintball grenades and paintball guns.

Making a paintball gun is just the beginning, there are plenty of plans out there to keep you occupied for quite some time. These plans even cover the top three things you can make if you have this talent.

Paintball Guns ” There are a couple of paintball gun plans out there that you can use to make a paintball gun. Some of these plans are harder than others, but rest assured, there are easier plans for paintball guns you can make.

Paintball Grenades ” One of the easiest things you can make. Making this is both fun and rewarding because lets face it, nothing is cooler than throwing a grenade at enemies, even if its just full of paint. Make them for an upcoming scenario, or make them as backup tools for an important match, whatever you make them for is up to you.

Paintball Rocket Launcher ” Its no wonder why few paintballers carry one of these onto te field. Making a paintball rocket launcher is difficult, but when completed can give you the ability to launch paintball grenades and rockets. Having one of these around is imperative if you want to have the advantage.

If you are the tinkering type, then making these three paintball items can help you pass the time, and let you release some creativity. I certainly enjoyed making my own homemade paintball grenades, and know you will too.

by Wendy Racklave

Discover the wonderful world of rock climbing. When you go rock climbing you need to have skills, know the different styles and have the required technique. This sport is practiced worldwide and is becoming more and more popular.

You climb up and across either a man made rock or a natural rock formation this is what this sport is about. And your goal obviously is to reach the top of this rock or if the group or instructor has chosen something different. You have to use your hands and feet when you do this sport and rely on your own weight not only your balance.

This sport only really began around the late 1900′s but prior to this it was known as Victorian mountaineering. And from an alpine necessity it then developed into a sport and basically started in parts of Europe. There was specified equipment that acted as a hand foothold technique which aided climbers. Without this equipment it would have been impossible to climb as well as very dangerous.

Today we know this technique as free climbing which means that you rely on natural rock and the use of your gear for protection on an upward movement. This sport has now been categorized into sub-styles and will depend on the belay configuration as well. Grading technique over time has been created so that one can accurately make comparison of difficulties of the area where a person will climb.

Mapping a route for you is the route you will climb. Use your hands and feet when you start out this gives you some type of security as well as a bouldering pad and this is called bouldering and you climb about four to five meters off the ground. And obviously the higher you climb you should be aware of the dangers involved.

Two people usually work together at any one time and the use the techniques used in climbing and also the equipment that is needed. This will probably aid in safety and the ropes will be used and the anchors so that you won’t fall. Both ropes and anchors are different and each one suits a given style and this also is divided according to the belay and how the systems are set up.

Top roping is where beginners will start and you will be given easy bouldering as well and so this is the way you will work your way up. When you have developed some kind of skills and have some confidence in lead climbing your winning. Top roping and lead climbing are two different types of climbing. And of course don’t forget systems whereby you are graded. These also differ from one place to the next in each country.

You can only climb rocks if they are dry because if you don’t get a good grip you will obviously fall. Always climb with an instructor don’t try and do this on your own because all that is needed is one mistake and you will meet with death very quickly.
<div

The Denver Broncos and their fans had to watch as their former franchise QB Jay Cutler carved up the Giants defense and think of what might have been. After a rough opening week, Cutler looked to be in regular season form and the Chicago Bears went on to win 17-3. Both teams are now 1-1 in NFL preseason action.

Cutler completed 8 of 13 passes for 121 yards, led drives of 80 and 92 yards and passed for a touchdown. After the game, he tried to maintain some perspective:

“It’s preseason. Everyone got a little excited last week when we didn’t produce but we looked OK tonight. There’s still room for improvement, so we’re going to go back to work. We’re coming together as an offense. We’re not quite there yet.”

“We’re kind of coming together, myself and the line, you know, with how I can move in the pocket, and when I can step up, when I can take off. It doesn’t happen overnight. We’ve got some new linemen, new receivers, a new quarterback. We’re all trying to figure it out.

Chicagos new starting QB badly outplayed the Giants Eli Manning, who was 7 for 10 but was also sacked twice, fumbled once and called for intentional grounding. He dismissed suggestions that the Giants struggled due to their short practice week:

“That’s no excuse. We were prepared and we looked at everything. We just didn’t execute. Too many negative plays.

The Bears have long prided themselves on their tenacious defense, and this game was no exception. Afterwards New York coach Tom Coughlin wasnt in the mood for serious analysis:

“We got beat. We have no excuses.”

The value of a solid passing game in Chicago should be obvious to any NFL fan”with the long absent passing threat, opposing defenses can no longer put 8 or 9 men in the box to stop the Bears productive rushing attack. This opens opportunities for the run game, and as any football strategist knows a productive rushing attack opens the field up for the passing attack.

New York begins the NFL regular season traveling to play the Washington Redskins on September 13th, while the Bears also start their schedule on the road playing against traditional rivals Green Bay.
<div

Despite the score, the Baltimore Ravens held on to defeat the Jets 24-23. Baltimore improved to 2-0 on the NFL preseason while the Jets dropped to 0-2.

Sanchez was hit by Ray Lewis on his first drive and threw a bad pass that was intercepted and returned for a touchdown. After the game, he spoke of the play:

“Not obviously the way you want to start. I thought I was doing the right thing; I felt Ray come free on the right side from the protection. I was checking it down to the flat, perfect. Haloti just jumped right in front of the ball and made a really athletic play.”

Ravens defensive leader Ray Lewis said they took advantage of the young QBs inexperience:

“You put a young guy like Sanchez in there and you see our defense, it can be difficult. You saw his eyes get big, and he was jumping around in the pocket. Bottom line: We gave a lot of looks and disguises and we confused him a little bit.”

Sanchez agreed that it was a tough assignment:

“Oh, they were flying. They were flying around. You practice for it and you see it on film. These guys were doing it. You’re trying to keep one eye on Ed Reed and one eye on Ray Lewis and a D-lineman gets you.”

Jets head coach Rex Ryan was proud of how Sanchez faced up to the pressure:

“I’m proud of the way he responded. It ain’t going to be perfect; sometimes you have these type of nights. You’ve got to give credit where credit is due, and most of that goes to their defense.”

The Jets will continue their preseason slate as they take on their local rivals the New York Giants next Saturday night. Baltimore will travel to Carolina for a game against the Panthers.
<div
